Magdalena Pietrzak Legal Adviser's Office offers legal aid within the civil law matters in particular through providing legal counsel, gathering information and drafting legal briefs, representing Clients in court proceedings, drafting agreements, writs and other legal documents especially in cases concerning:
- property law i.e. cancellation of ownership, acquisitive prescription, protection of possession, making and correcting entries into the Land and Mortgage Register and dealing with other types of real estate and servitude legal status,
- contract law i.e. especially making claims for non-performance or improper performance of contractual obligations, drawing up and verifying commercial contracts, making warranty and guarantee claims as well as claims for non-conformity of the goods with the contract, making all types of insurance claims (both for property loss or personal injuries) and making compensation claims,
- inheritance law i.e. concerning legitim, disinheritance, acknowledgement of the estate acquisition, distribution of estate,
- protection of personal rights.
