The Office provides comprehensive legal aid to legal entities which mainly includes:

• help with establishing, transforming and liquidating business activities including connected with obtaining permits and licenses,
• preparing drafts of agreement, statutes, articles of incorporation, articles of association, by-laws, resolutions and other corporate documents,
• representing legal entities in registration proceedings especially in making entries into the National Court Register and other court proceedings like bankruptcy proceedings,
• helping with establishing and registering foundations and associations,
• providing permanent or temporary aid in Client's day-to-day activities.
