The Office offers services in the field of debt collection from natural and legal persons in:

• out-of-court proceedings to obtain voluntary payment,
• proceedings to secure claims that are to prevent the debtor from hiding his assets,
• court proceedings whose aim is to obtain the decision of the court ordering the debtor to pay his debt,
• enforcement proceedings whose aim is to recover the debt with the help of the judicial enforcement agent, the court or another enforcement authority
• bankruptcy proceedings whose aim is to satisfy the creditors' claims against an insolvent debtor.
