Employment and social insurance law

In cases concerning employment and social insurance law the Office provides services which mainly include the following:
  • providing legal advice to employees, employers and insured parties permanently or on a temporary basis, when required also accompanied with gathering information or drafting legal briefs,
  • preparing and/or providing legal expertise concerning drafts of such documents like employment contracts, management contracts, non-circumvention agreements, work regulations, remuneration terms and conditions, documents terminating employment relationship,
  • representing employees, employers and insured parties in relations with the National Labour Inspectorate (Państwowa Inspekcja Pracy), the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) and other authorities and institutions,
  • drafting complaints, remedies and other pleadings,   
  • representing employees, employers and insured parties in court proceedings.
